it will probably take a few days to ban all the glitchers and hackers. they probably plan on doing that, releasing the update, and then stimulus early next week.

If anyone wants more proof that this is fake go ahead and check out mr. NikoBellic69's personal 'banned' thread here http://gtaforums.com/topic/640325-got-banned-from-gtao-and-social-club-for-glitching/ - it has about 4 pages worth of people pointing out everything that's wrong with his image. Including the fact that the link he gave for his socialclub didn't have all of the same letters for his gamertag as his image does. So he just gave a fake link instead
