special edition content on second playthrough

i started a new sp campaign to redo all of lester's assassinations after the story was complete this time.

but now all the special edition content that was available on my first playthrough (bought the s.e. and entered the code), is not there?

do i need to re-enter the code? anyone know how to access this extra stuff (plane time-trials, blimp etc) on your second playthrough?
