After Confirming your Car in Races .. whats that number ?

simple Q

 

After you confirm your car and then u got to place bets and stuff like that

 

in your character there is a number sometimes its 2/5 or 5/2 , 10/1

 

whats are those for ? i still dont know what the serve

For instance, if the bookmaker offers odds of 4:6 against a certain horse winning a race, this means that he'll accept a $6 stake in return for a payoff of $4, plus return of the stake, if the horse wins. If the horse loses, the bookmaker keeps the stake.

It gives you the odds for betting, so if you have 4/1 you'll win 4 times your bet, if that player comes in first.

Yeah its the odds of that person winning based on their win/loss compared to the other people.

 

It has nothing to do with the payout though as far as I'm aware as 2500 bet and a win always pays out 1000 unless its capped

yeah, its the betting odds. You can change the way it shows in the options menu. mine shows as 2.49 or 1.50 etc.

thenthere is 2/5 or 10/1 as you deescribe and another one.

Not the race payout but yes if you place bets those are the payouts obviously

thats the amount of money you win, when you bet on yourself ...

 

e.g. 10/1 = 10.0

 

if you bet 1000$ you will receive 10x1000$ = 10000$

that means you have won 9000$

 

The numbers depend on the won / lost ratio in your race stats. The more races you win, the less money you can win because you are better compared other players...
