They usually randomly spawn for me. Most of the bike's spawns are touch and go I think.

Lol I finally found the nemesis during a mission, saved it in garage, finished mission, modded nemesis, drive around a bit and immediately traded it back for the akuma lol. What a waste of two wheels.

i went for a priority vehicle for simeon, turned out to be a bagger parked on the parking lot of the oval race track

This is going to sound dumb, but if you somehow find a Daemon, I noticed that Baggers started spawning more when I rode mine.

It spawns in my garage all the time. And when i "accidently" drive out of my garage with it and start a mission, some straaaaange flitch happens that duplicates it and becomes accessable and ownable by anyone who takes it..... So odd....

Is this the same bike from the single player that Franklin has or something different? I got the one from Single player at Simeon's shop after completing one of the missions where you blow up the cars at the dealership. It spawned in Simeons parking lot up front.

Found mine outside the most Southern beach located Tennis Court in the parking lot.

Exit in & out of the store to refresh the cars.

I owned a bagger online but it just can't compete and with limited garage space I was forced to dump it. If you want it for show that is cool but don't expect it to be competitive in any races. Fully modded bagger still gets easily beaten by a stock Bati.
