I'm currently on my 2nd playthorugh and I've just finished the 2nd heist with the submarine, when you blow up the big ship. The first time i did the heist, i went off shore and after finishing it, the submarine was in the junkyard, in the airport near Sandy Shores and i was able to transport it with the cargobob. Now, after doing the other option, with the ship, the submarine ain't at the junkyard. So basically one approach rewards you with a submarine meanwhile the other doesn't? Please help/explain !! He described the mission way to get it that I never heard of before...
