Trust me. We've all seen those adderfags before. It's supposed to be cool but if it's basically free then it's no different from the elegy. Hmmm well I mostly meleed him..so maybe he was just knocked out in mine? Though I did hit him with the car door one time. I suspect you are experiencing a glitch. Can you imagine if the stupid mechanic delivers your car, exits the vehicle, gets run over by a passing vehicle and never came back? That would suck. Unlike you, I haven't killed him but whenever my car spawns on the map, meaning my mechanic is in the vicinity with my car, he either drives away with it or when I get in the car he steals it back and drives off.
