PVP Mission reward system could use improvement

I'm not talking about NPC contact missions but rather the 16 PVP missions found around the map with the star icon. Some of these missions could be fun but they can go on for quite some time. I can understand no $$ payout for the losing team but the fact that the losing team gets no reward at all really sucks. I think that the losing team should at least get some RP for the effort and time put in.

 

It's funny because if you look at the Like vs Dislike on Social Club for these missions, it's close to 50/50 for most of them.
