GTA Online a Hub for white rasicts

I think it's wrong of you to say it's just white people being racist on the whole of GTA Online... I've heard racial slurs aimed at white people from time to time. It happens everywhere, more so on the internet and online gaming... you know, places where it isn't face to face.

 

Brush it off as it is only words after all. If they were outside your doorstep shouting you out then that's when you should be worried lol but it's just usually kids and it's something for them to shout down a mic at you as it makes them feel like a big man.

 

How do they know your ethnicity anyway?

Exactly because there are no laws against it. It would be getting away with nothing as it is perfectly legal.

 

I carry the constitution with me everywhere I go. Cops hate it. Liberals hate it. Foreigners hate it. That little piece of paper is my bomb in most cases. All amerikans should be well versed with the constitution, but if you know anything about the dumbed-down school systems, they do not make sure that all the kids know it by heart for a reason.

 

Most of the racism that I see is mostly black against white or mexican against white. It's true.

Not only would it go against the first amendment, I believe it would be morally wrong to deny people the right to speak their mind, regardless of how insulting or offensive their words are. I'm sorry you don't feel the same way. I think you are just mentally weak and need to get over it. Words are words. It is not against the law to be racist.

Making racist comments IS protected by the constitution under Freedom of speech.

However, the OP never tried to say that any law was being broken. He was simply pointing out a very real issue that isn't simply relegated to GTA Online. All online communities are flooded with hatred and ignorance, with a large part of that coming from OUTSIDE of America.

I can't tell you how many of the racial slurs are coming from foreign voices. The bottom line is, the internet is a magnet for racist idiots and cowards who feel safe because they are anonymous. I have been in MANY rooms filled with racists who ruin the experience for many others.

Why are people so negative towards the OP's comments, when they are so accurate?

 

Having the freedom to make racist statements doesn't change the fact that it is despicable behavior. It doesn't surprise me that the loudest chants about freedom of speech come from ignorant people promoting racism.
