How is this possible? Hacker can freeze my xbox in GTAO

He blew me up when i was trying to steal his parked Space Docker. After that i killed him twice with a Rhino. Then he got angry and freezed my xbox few times everytime i got near him.

He probably had the tow truck which has been duped from SP and freezes xbox users if you get close to it

Definitely the tow truck. When he picks up an unoccupied car he freezes everyone around him.

Thank you all for your answers. It might definitely be that tow truck glitch, because he had that bounty on him to attract people close to him.
