Are there any fixed locations?

Go to the satellite dishes by the prison at 10. And you'll see dudes in suits with FIB cars around. Has to be at 10-12 i think.

Does that work for Online as well? I tried it but there was nobody there...

Once I put them in the garage they'll get a tracker? Is there a way to put insurance?

 

Also, could this cause any problems like the modded cars(Franklin's Buffalo, Space Docker etc.) such as freezing etc.?

So, any way to insure it or take it to LS Customs? And does it cause any freezing or similar problems?

 

Edit: How do I glitch it into my garage? This http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bzfe6KKRoMQ didn't work, as soon as I got out of the car I entered the garage on foot..

There is a way to insure them :) .

1. Take a crap car (any car you can buy insurance on)

2. Buy insurance on said crap car

3 Destroy/Blow up said crap car

4. Go into your garage and get into the vehicle you want to insure

5. Bring up your phone and call Mors Mutual Insurance (Read step 6 before continuing)

6. Drive the car you want to insure outside of the garage

7. When the cutscene of you leaving your garage starts press A (Xbox) or X (ps3) to accept the insurance screen

8. Re-glitch the car you want to insure back into the garage (Important)

9. Enjoy your new insured car

10. (optional Call your mechanic and have him deliver the uninsured car to you and blow it up. You can also replace it with another random car)

Yeah glitch it into garage will give it a tracker, then follow the insurance glitch as well so its safe.

 

No issues with this at all, only the tow trucks is buggy

Tips to get it into the garage? I have the 253k apartment... How can I destroy the driver door? I can't seem to get out of the car with the door open once I'm hitting the garage door, I get into the garage straight away with the door closed.

I didn't understand why but I now have 2 FIB Buffalo's in my garage, 1 insured and 1 uninsured. :p

Don't have that garage but each should work very similar. Doors off, Try getting into the car but moving the joystick away as he opens the door, this should leave it open and allow you to get in and immediately reverse into something that breaks it.

Press down on the d-pad in the garage and it will show stats and insured or not insured.

You can get the Riot Van inside your garage. You have to use a slightly different method than Police cars.

Step 1. Locate Riot van (or any other large vehicle such as the stockade)

Step 2. Break the driver side door off (ram it against a wall)

Step 3. Park the truck sideways next to the garage door

Step 4. Get out of the truck and walk away

Step 5. Aim your pistol facing AWAY from the truck and walk backwards

Step 6. Get inside the truck and hope it works. if it doesn't just repeat step 4-6

On cars you don't have to destroy the door just walk backwards until you hit the door when its open
