Can you go back and steal these cars from missions via mission replay option?

After mission replay the game will automatically go back to the point where you did the mission replay, sort of a reloading of the previous state so anything you get during the replay won't be available afterwards.

i dont want to be "that guy" but during the mission where you try to steal back michaels boat when jimmy sells it i saw a police bus driving on the bridge

Yeah it shows up in that mission but it's always available in the prison you can either force your way in and get it or find a wanted level exploit to get it No Wanted Level Exploit and A Cop Free San Andreas sorry I didn't find more but there's is also an exploit during the "Fair Game" Strangers and Freaks, not sure about the hunting games though.

Oh cool, I wasn't sure if the taxi cab mission repeated, thanks for the info, I am going for my 100% attempt and I also want to get all special vehicles, I have seen 4 vehicles not in the updated guide and the stretch with the V1N3W88D plate that I haven't seen on the internet anywhere. but I have it and I will try to get these a.s.a.p

Weazel News van? It can be classed as a rare vehicle until you obtain one.

The pharmacy van for Trevor's last mission. It doesn't spawn after that.

No problem. I had one in Franklin's garage, but that was before they patched the garage issues, so it disappeared.

I can't seem to get the WN van to spawn in traffic. I've read that it spawns at a house in Vinewood, but I've not located it yet. Any idea where I can?

Oh it often spawns by the Ponsonby by Michael's house and around the LifeInvader building, and very often at the Weazel News Building itself(The building belonging to Weazel News in Los Santos

is located on Lindsay Circus in Little Seoul)

Oh btw i made a new game and noticed that in the monkey buisness mission where you fly in as Trevor you will have a cargobob with jetsteam livery. Very hard to save it cause you have to go to the airfield and gently bump the TPE choppa out of the way and land it at the helipad. I think if you exit it fails the mission then just quit and it should be yours. Before getting the skylift from the Big Score mission save, get in the cargobob buy a helipad for Michael or Franklin make sure it's clear get a taxi to T's location agree to hang out get in and fly it there. Now you have a unique cargobob that sadly has no winch. Later pick the aproach for the Big Score with the skylift land it at Trevors airfeild fail and boom! Two uniqe helis now just go and get the Air Ambulance from the Davis and you have three unique helis . Made a save just before the Monkey Buissens mission. Pic up soon

Found more cars! In the Meltdown mission skip the cutscene skip again and when you have to save the girls you have the option to take the limo. Whats so special? The license plate says V1NEW88D go to the house dont store it if it is stored and you beat the mission it will dissapear. Go in the house shoot the wall so Amanda dies quit the mission and store the limo.

Smoke on the water rumpo has a unique apperance that is only seen in the property missions for the shop. Just put it in the garage and die.

The Police Buffalo is found at a train station in straberry at 21:00pm it wont spawn sometimes.

You can store Lamars Pony on the Chop mission it has a license plate saying LAMARG. Drive it to the garage and die.

You can get a Bati RR from the smart Jewel store job. Just lose the crew and go to the impound (wont allways work tho.) Second option is to do this:

There is one classic type car wich you can hang up 2 different lsc things in the back window, the second option puts some fuzzy dice on your rear view too not really a unique vehicle but it's a unique modification I think
