How about these:

 

Cargo Plane (only obtainable in the mission 'Minor Turbulence'

 

Titan (I know it can always be found at the spawn point but it's almost impossible to obtain)

 

Yellow Frogger (only spawns in the air, serious exploits are required to obtain)

 

Annihilator (currently only available online)

 

Train (only obtainable in the mission 'Derailed'

 

JB 700 (only obtainable if purchased on the in-game internet, weaponised variation only available in the missions 'Deep Inside' and 'Pack Man'

I will add the JB700, Yellow Frogger and Cargo Plane but the Annihilator I will leave it out as you can not get it on single player. Still thinking about the train.

Hey Mpower, there are more light blue cars and the Light Blue maverick as well.I think the maverick you will have to shoot the pilot then the passenger as well to get that and destroy the car with the money if you can fail the mission.

Damn, I really rushed the last mission. I kept the tailgater as a gateaway car and blew up the maverick as I didn't have a heliport yet

Unique Vehicle, found only in a Stranger's and Freaks Mission (Grass Roots - The Pickup) and as a rare spawn in Strawberry in the early hours of the morning.

Here is a new one, the Clown Van, as far as I know it can only currently be obtained by save game editing, it appears in Grass Roots for Trevor, the only reason I know it's name is because I saw it in video.

 

And also the rusty Tractor, can only be found in one place

I grabbed the Cabrio Coupe too, from the mission where you take a pic of the celebrity getting chased and arrested. Unique enough i'd say, especially with the plate.

The one in the pic above here looks different though, or is that just because the roof is up ?

 

Their is quite a lot of vehicles which pop up in missions that I think we look past, all the NPC's in missions turn up in all sorts of cars.

 

I wish I could mod a Gruppe6 van, pure black with turbo modded !

The top was up when I retrieved the vehicle from my garage.

I thought the vehicle looked more unique, due to the pink top, so I kept it up.

I think i have found a method for the Black Declasse Burrito w/ rifle in back from Caida Libre with Cargobob and dumping the van in the water(if the game register it as destroyed by the water)then take it to the garage and save.

I personally don't know if you can destroy vehicles in the water and getting them back on to dry land.

Hey, I'd like to add something about Skylift.

 

I've reloaded my older save to see if the magnet works in free-roam. I can't seem to get this damn thing to work, so it's unusable after the mission. Yet another mission-exclusive useless vehicle. Maybe it was a bit obvious but I had to try. Such a shame not to include working Skylift and Cargo Plane outside of the missions.

 

EDIT: You can save the Skylift, but its magnet is still unusable.

Also, I can't save it. I don't know if it's just me, but it disappears from any helipad I land it on (probably due to its enormous size).

Actually, if you can somehow manage to steal a Titan, you can open the back of the cargo hold by going up to it and punching it. This guy was able to get it down easily. but ive seen where you will see the back open up a crack, but will only open he rest of the way, by getting in the plane and depriving forward a little bit. You'll see it drop open, then you can get out and load up some cars. Check out this video to see how it's done.
