Friends/Crew on map - No color?!

Hi all,

 

I've heard - and seen on Youtube - That when you are on a server with PSN friends/crew, their blip on the map should be green/blue. But not in my case. I often play with friends/crew and the colors haven't appeared once..

 

Anyone who knows why?
I've been searching google but I can't find anyone else having the problem..

 

 

And one other thing - Anyone who knows when the first 250k will be giving to the players? I think I've heard that they should've been giving last week? (And yes, I'm legitimated for the money)
