I've seen some people with 'stickers' all over their cars.

 

Is this a hack or is this possible in game?

Question (Sorry to hijack your thread) but when buying the back parts of your car, why can you have this thing with a sticker saying something like "For sale" or something?

It is indeed the Asea, i have the car you mean with the stickers.

 

The only way you can have it is if you steal it during the tutorial (or someone duplicate it).

If you're talking about the sticker on the rear bumper of the Elegy, its a reference to the Midnight Club (the real japanese street racing club, not the video game), where the cars of the members had this bumper sticker saying "Mid Night - Car Speciall". Not sure whats written on the one on the Elegy tho, but its an obvious reference to these street racers.
