Mechanic Bug (PS3)

every single time i call my mechanic he will never pick up or he will never deliver the car.

 

I have made sure i am a distance from my other cars and from my apartment.

I have about 100000 on my so its not a money issue and all my bills are paid.

 

Is there something i could be doing wrong?
