Grenade launcher ammo disappearing (online)

Title pretty much says it. I bought and had full ammo for it, then a couple of hours later I noticed I had 0 ammo for it, despite not firing a shot with it.

It happens when you die. You either lose most or all of your ammo when you die. It's bad enough that it's a bulk price of $5000 to either refill all 20 rounds or just one grenade of it, but now you lose most or all of it when you die, as if money wasn't hard enough to come by in the game. It's like Rockstar plots at night how to f-u-c-k over it's fan/customer base. Honestly, this is the last Rockstar product I'm buying. This company has showed it's just a greedy corporation and are hoping we'll buy those stupid shark cards. Go to a website called glassdoor and look up Rockstar. Even their employees say the company is s-h-I-t. F-u-c-k Rockstar. F-u-c-k-ing c-u-n-t-s. Anyway, so yeah, to answer your question, you lose the ammo when you die, or more specifically when the grenade launcher is the last weapon you're holding when you die. F-u-c-k Rockstar. F-u-c-k-ing British c-u-n-t-s. But, I'm not bitter...

In GTAO, when you die with a weapon, you lose one magazine of ammunition with your currently equipped weapon. So if you die with a Grenade Launcher, you lose your 10 rounds. You die again, you lose the rest of it. Same goes for the minigun as well. All 9999 ammo in the minigun will be removed if you are killed while holding it, since it is all technically readily available in the same "mag". I don't think it affects grenade ammo, but I'm not entirely sure about that.
