Garage question

I want to buy an apartment with a garage for 10 cars, there are 2 rows of 5 cars available to populate, so, exactly how the vehicles get their place in the garage ? It is the left row first then the right row ?

 

Someone could tell me how their cars got that place in their garage?

It does if you're buying and selling cars, and have different amounts of cars in your garage etc.

 

With a little effort and pre-planning it can stay organized though.

I have another question. I currently have 2 cars in my garage, in the place 1 and 2 according to the next figure:

I will sell the car in the place number 2, so, if I want to put a new car in the place number 1, all I have to do is sell that car and buy the new one ? The new car won't go to place number 6 ?
