GTA and UPnP Settings

Hi,
I seem to be having troubles with my UPnP settings. Despite being enabled on my router and PS3, UPnP is appearing to be 'unavailable'. I am on a wired connection, but have also tried wireless, which did not help. I am wondering if this is effecting my GTA online connection, as I am unable to download missions, and when I have tried internet connections at other houses with UPnP enabled, I have had no issues with downloading the online missions. So how could I go about fixing my UPnP, so that its available?
