gtajhunter Posted October 28, 2013 Share Posted October 28, 2013 Am not sure why but my friend send me grand theft auto 3 on skype for me and and when i press it it says the program can't start beacuase the mss32.dll is missing for your computer try reinstalling the program to fix this program i got the dll (mss32.dll) i put them in a folder and i drag the mss32.dll to the gta3 and a box open saying saying run or cancel i press run all i got was the procedure entry point [email protected] could not be located indynamic link libarary mss32.dll.
