Im level 38 what rank do i have to be to unlock?

That map was too easy to make money on, so they removed it from the game.

Lol damn, guess this is what i get for only accepting invites and not focusing on my own missions.

It's a crazy idea but maybe Rockstar added "timeouts" on missions? a few comments here suggest people spammed the mission, so maybe if you play a mission too much in a short period, it's locked out for a while? like a few days or something?
Sucks I know.. but possible. The people who are saying it's still available are probably ones who haven't played it constantly?

Ok go to social club website, gta online--->job---> survival click search and select Boneyard and then add to game. Maybe works? Never tried.

Once you finish it, the marker vanishes for a short time like a cooldown period it comes back after awhile

Just unlocked it, got calls from ron and he talked about it and two more maps opened up. Just had to progress a little more through my missions lol
