METALPUNK
For the next gta would you like to see just single player with a little multiplayer like gta 4 or only online? Here's why I ask. Sure Rockstar can do both lets just imagine they only focus on one. A great fantastic single player story or an awesome out of this world online. Rockstar would invest all their time in either one making sure it was the best. Imagine a single player where every building was detailed inside and out, a city so big that it was 5 times the size of gta5's map. A world so alive that after beating the game you could still play for hours and hours and never do the same thing twice. Now imagine an online that was smooth as butter. So many things to do you could never do them all. A character development system that would blow our minds. 500 missions my ass, try 5,000 and all were very different. Not just one city either. Multiple cities that you fly to as you progress. I would choose online. I love playing online games with people and id like to see what Rockstar could do if they only worked with online and didn't have to play single player. That said id like to see a storyline for online, something that makes you feel connected to the character you create.
SprunkJunkie
I vote for uber massive online!
spamtackey
Single player. I barely play online except with friends, so I would rather have a nice story and good gameplay to enjoy without needing to deal with all the jerks that Online comes with. Betox190
I would be cool if the only focused on single player and the letted the modding community handle the multiplayer like in MTAs and SAMP.
Mr_Goldcard
5000 missions??? It is too much with 500 missions! If I'm lucky I'll get one or 2 people on a mission with me...
AlexL
Singleplayer for sure, and maybe with a free mode like gta 4's when you feel like some multiplayer. GTA Online is a disaster and they should have kept working on singleplayer
Summertime
Single player with story YES. Online with no story NO. In single mode you can enjoy everything, but in online mode you can't. Because there are morrons everywhere shooting you to oblivion.

Tashan
For the next gta would you like to see just single player with a little multiplayer like gta 4 or only online? How seriously do you take 'only online' possibility? There's no way in hell I'm buying it. This series needs to focus on both. Today, I just see online with a little single player and that's a fraud when the possibility to expand single player is limited to it's online potential. Why would Rockstar even do that? What would be the incentive in screwing single player over? I hope I won't be the only one who's not willing to purchase the game on such terms. If it's just about almighty dollars better balance out both modes of play and I won't mind paying more for the same in future.
