There's no reason that 80% +/- Of French players on GTA are rude obnoxious individuals

Aren't 80% +/- of players worldwide on GTA rude obnoxious individuals ?

 

And from my personal (not french, I said personal) point of view, everyone should be able to talk english as an international language.

So I won't defend the ones, from any country, who don't bother learning it.

 

 

You came to GTA expecting respect? I can't get respect from people who speak English, much less people who can't understand that I'm saying "wait wait wait, I just looked at you wrong, I'm not trying to kill you" before the nuke me to oblivion for no reason.

When I was in Paris some guy started screaming profanity at me because I wasn't French, and I still love the French.

 

Okeeeeey...

My dad got into a fight cos he asked 3 fishermen in English about some fishing.

French producs don't even have English instructions on them, go to Auchan and check.

Last time I asked a French person for the directions she pretended I do not exist and walked past me, bitch.

French people in the lobbies always kick me, also in session - and I do not even say a single word and my mic isn't making a noise.

My most hated Archenemies were French.

 

I've only met one nice French guy. He barely spoke any English, but he tried hard and he seemed like a nice person, we did a mission together.

 

Hey, I would love to meet more nice French people. I do not hate the country, in fact - I quite love it and I miss it, but you guys have some reputation to fix.

 

Maybe you should try to speak their language seeing that you are in their country instead of wanting everyone to speak to you in your language? They are very proud of their language and culture.

 

 

Yes, let me spend 3 years learning their language so I can spend 2 weeks in their country. Should I do that before I go to any other country?

I already know 2 languages fluently, and I tried learning French, but it backfired in my face and I regret it.

You guys are way off on this one even if the French are a bit more picky about it than most. How hard is it to say Bonjour, excusez moi, ou est <whatever> I dont even speak French and I know that.

The French are very proud, and though they often can speak english, they are embarrassed by how badly they do. That said, if you try and stumble through French, they'll often switch to english. Up to you on whether that's out of respect or not, but in speaking with many french people, that's sort of my understanding of the culture.

Dude do you fail to realize that this is a discussion about what language they use online, your replying to me as if I could give a damn about stepping a foot in their country. I'm proud to live where I live and don't plan on traveling anywhere English isn't atleast a 2nd language. Thats my decision not your's so you sitting here trying to be some grand defender of the Frenchs honor, It's not doing much justice.

I was speaking to the guy that was talking about being in France, not the guy with 420 in his name that made a ridiculous post about homosexuals.

Funny thing actually.

I once said "bonjour" to the cashier in Paris and she started telling me some kind of a story.

If i give them an impression that I am French then it can simply create awkward moments.

 

I am not English, and I treat English as a national language. I do not think that they have to learn it, I just think that they shouldn't be rude to me because I didn't chose theirs when I was at school.

I am never rude to people that speak another language, what gives them the right to be rude when somebody doesn't speak theirs?
