Gunwrath has updated Original Post with a more streamlined format. Stating that you are Good or bad sport is as important as the console you play on.

IDK if the following is true on PSN but for Xbox it is.

The vaguer you are with your request the more ingame messages your generous dupper will have to send you. This doesn't sound like an issue really. sound like lazyness but its not.

Microsoft only allows player to send X amount of messages to strangers per day(100 or so I think it is)
after this 100+ message you will no longer be able to send out Text/ Audio Messages, Party invites, Game Invites or anything else for the matter.
This makes it very difficult for the dupper to get you into a game to give you your desired vehicle.

Edit: I personally will be Ignoring all requests not made in this format and strongly encourage the other dupers to follow suit.

Another Edit: Even more personal. send ONLY text messages to me please as my mic is broken and i keep sound low because of sleeping ppl.

Do NOT dupe the tow truck for people, the tow function causes systems to freeze and people to drop.
