whats your characters backstory?

[Jimmy Darmody]

My character's name is Jean. He's a male. He was the son of a hooker and unknow father. The hooker used to work for the mob, the Pavano family in Liberty City. The mob took Jean under their wing as a delievery boy when he was about 10 years old, much like Jack Nicholson does with Matt Damon in The Departed movie. He later started doing more serious jobs like killing, robberies, extorsions... and the mob even payed him a pilots license, so he could smuggle drugs from mexico using a plane (that's how my character knows how to fly planes and helicopters lol).
Because Jean was never good taking orders and felt traped with the mob he fled Liberty City and the Pavano family at age 18, with his mom, and stablished himself in Carcer city. At this age he's doing small time robberies, selling a few drugs, partying in raves and doing some drugs, becoming a bit of a drug addict (you can tell by his looks) and living in the street.

Now that he's 22 his mom died of cancer. The Pavano family also located him and placed a bounty on his head because they are a bit scared he will eventually reveal information about the crime he commited with the family in case he get's caught by the police or starts working to a rival family. Having nothing to lose, Jean moves to Los Santos, to meet s tranger he met on the internet named Lamar and you know the rest...

He is just some ignorant a--hole that I hate and have no respect for when he is not doing those things, making stupid mistakes, getting his cars stuck in water or trees, getting killed by the cops after a 30 second chase, getting his ass handed to him by other players.

My character is named Sven Larsson, hailing from Sweden. After growing up in a middle class, average household in the gta equivalent of Stockholm, he joined the Swedish special forces, the Särskilda Operationsgruppen. While serving in Afghanistan, Sven's squad was involved in a unfortunate situation, in which many Afghan citizens were killed and Sven was his squad's sole survivor. The Swedish government could not allow the details of this situation to come out to the public, so they set about on a cover-up operation, which involved "silencing" Sven. However, Sven survived the first attempt on his life after returning home, and knew he had to flee the country. After bouncing around Europe, Africa and South America, Sven eventually wound up in Los Santos. He met the shady criminal Lamar Davis, and began doing what he does best as freelance criminal in the LS underworld. Also, despite the fact that he speaks several other languages, he never managed to pick up English.

After this, he left his father for a better life and found a place near Middle Park, in Algonquin, in which he stayed for a year. He then joined Lifeinvader and became friends with Lamar Davis, who invited him to move to Los Santos, as it's a better place to live and has more opportunities than L.C. Two years later, he decided to move to Los Santos.

He currently lives the high life in a high-end apartment at the Weazel Plaza building in Rockford Hills. He likes cruising around the city even though it's full of psychopaths and serial killers.

After he saw the opportunity, he moved to Liberty City in 2008, working on Yusuf Amir's construction site, until he met Jimmy Pegorino, working for him for a few weeks, but then he was suddenly betrayed by Pegorino and the Italian Mob, shot in the stomach, the police took him in custody. He was then bailed out and forced to work for a corrupt cop by the name of Francis McReary. After Francis' death he was free, and got to know Packie and his affiliations, briefly meeting the infamous Niko Bellic, and doing a few jobs with him and Packie for a few months, nothing big, mostly drug deals. When Packie moved on from Liberty City, and packed his bags to Los Santos, Niko and Patrik were no longer in contact and Niko stopped doing criminal activities. Patrik still knew some guys in Liberty City, but the most important connection was Gerald. Patrik intercepted some Triad drug deals for Gerald in 2012 He got a bounty on his head set by the Triads, and once he was attacked by Huang Lee. He faked his own death, changed his identity and moved to Los Santos in September 2013.

LOS SANTOS LIFE

He moved to Los Santos, and was introduced to the city by Lamar. Lamar drove him to Gerald, his old contact, and he did a job for Gerald, he was helped by a CGF member. Patrik got the much needed cash, enough to make a stolen car untraceable and get insurance on it. He got his money by robbing shops, racing and delivering cars for Simeon Yetarian. He eventually gathered 220K and bought a big apartment with an 8-car garage, a plane, and some fast cars. He f*cked with some things involving TP Enterprises, and its CEO Trevor Phillips. He was forced to do elimination jobs for him. When he was off the hook, he quit the criminal life, bought a bike and climbed the mountains. After 4 months he got broke, and was forced to get involved in the criminal life again. The rest is to come, and (hopefully) continue on the PC version of GTA V.

Through her work she discovered that if you have the right amount of money and contacts, you can get away with anything including murder. Having seen one too many rich stockbroker get off scott free after mowing down an innocent schoolgirl whilst behind the wheel of a sports car either drunk or high on coke, she decided to take matters into her own hands and deal out justice to those to whom the system wouldn't. Till one day she made the mistake and took out a target that was connected not only to the mob, but was also an FIB informant. As the net around here was closing in she reached out for help from Lamar the son of one of her grandfathers friends, he arranged to meet her at Los Santos airport and provide her with a new identity. With some money that her grandfather had hidden away for her to use in the situation she now was in she brought an apartment and now survives as a hired gun and some time bounty hunter.

This is when the GTA next gen character creation and selection is set, and after 5 years he escapes. If he is caught again, he will be sentenced to death.

 

Then he flees to LS and does tons of jobs for Madrazo and others for 3 years, and lives in pure luxury and fear at the same time.

 

This character is solely based on me, but I still find doing this fun occasionally.

After Daniel was born, a couple of years go by and life is great for this new family. One day Daniels mother was found dead in the womens locker room at the Vice City Country Club. The death was due to a heat attack.

When Daniel was 17, he found out that wasn't the truth at all. He found out that hos father was a big time Mafia boss before he was born. His mother was a successful stock broker, but her death wasn't due from a heart attack. Gathered from an unknown source, Daniel found out that her mother was killed by two hitmen sent out by a man named Martin Medrazzo, a man who used to date Daniels mother back in Los Santos when she lived there. When she moved, she left without saying a word to Martin, wich enraged him, and swore to kill her when he found her.

With this new found truth, Daniel was angered that his dad lied to him for all these years. So on his 18 birthday he stole 100,000 grand from his dad, changed his last name, and moved to Liberty City, where Martins last known address was, to seek his revenge.

A couple of years go by, while searching for Martin he takes a job offer to be a security guard for the massionete night club by Luis Lopez. A man who was the security manager for the club and muscle for Gay Tony. A big shot in L.C and has many connections around the country.

After getting in good with Luis, he introduced Daniel to Tony. After a few years go by, Tony found out that Martin had fled the country for a few years and now is back in Los Santos. Daniel finds someone who is willing to help him out through lifeinvader (Lamar).

Now living in Los Santos, he finds Martin and now is working for him till he can get close enough to exact his revenge.

Whew!! Thats my backstory. I love roleplaying but that was my first time doing a backstory. I hope it was up to standards!!

Good job on that one... love the way you mixed only some of the games in, but not overdoing it by including all of them. Very creative, I enjoyed the read!

Que's mother blamed him for the death of his sister and disowned him, forcing him to move in with his grandmother in carcer city. Upon his arrival, the city was torn apart by gangs, drugs and poverty. He lived in a neighborhood inhabited by "the hoods" gang, and was often the center of gang related killings and drug shootouts. One day while he was at the park playing basketball, his grandmother was hit and killed by a stray bulletproof from a drive by shooting... With no place to go, he drifted from foster home to foster home until the age of 17. He eventually got his own apartment on the east-side of carcer city. He used his apartment as a crack den and a main drug spot in his neighborhood... He was eventually arrested by an undercover cop posing as a crack junkie. He was set in jail for 3 years and was released at the age of 20. Unable to take care of himself with no money, no family and having his connects either dead or in prison, he was helpless. He reached out to his distant cousin... His mothers, uncles, mothers grandson on the westcoast... Lamar Davis. After being invited by lamar to visit Los santos, he decided to stay...

My character's name is Danny.

 

 

He was born in San Fierro to an upper middle class family. He was always interested in guns growing up, and as he got older, he often went hunting with his dad. He practiced often at the range and gradually became a good shot. In his early 20s, he began to offer his services as a hitman. He felt nothing as he killed his targets. Along the way, he made many contacts in San Fierro and a few in Los Santos as well.

 

After a while, Danny realized he could make a lot more scratch as a hitman in Los Santos. So he moved there at age 28 and began doing hits for the likes of Martin Madrazo and Lester Crest. Before long he made enough money to buy an apartment in Little Seoul and several cars, including a Pegassi Zentorno.

My guy is from Jamaica. After growing up with a rough life in poverty he wanted to come to America to be successful. He grew up in the streets with drug dealers and murderers so he had experience and knew how to make money. In early 2013 he f*cked over the wrong guys. He was now a target and for months he fended them off, but realized he couldn't do this forever so he took all of his money and scraped together enough to be smuggled over to America. In August of 2013 he arrived to Florida, but was still to close to the guys who wanted him dead so he made money the only way he knew how: drug dealing and popping motherf*ckers. He talked around and got a connection to Los Santos with a guy named Lamar Davis. He scraped up his money together, got himself a fake passport, and got on a plane to meet Lamar. He was broke and ready to make a life for himself. Several months of doing work for Gerald and Simeon finally got him on his way to fortune. He gained respect and is now a multi-millionaire.

Backstory

It was the summer of 1995 and the Freeman Family was on holiday in Los Santos. Ezza, along with his parents and little sister were heading to the beach for the fifth time that very day. It was Ezza's idea to go back to the beach, that boy couldn't be kept away. So he was in the back of the Family's rental 94' Landstalker, buckled in next to his sister when the family came to a rest at a stoplight. He could just see the tips of the waves from his seat, he could almost touch the ocean. However he would never reach the beach that day. He heard the roar of a Truck's engine, he could barely look right as the truck smashed into the side of the car, crushing his little sister and killing her right in front of the poor boy's eyes. The Landstalker was pushed through the railing and into the Vespucci Canals. The car was Sinking fast, and Ezza's seatbelt was stuck, he couldn't move, he thought he would drown then and there, when a man climbed through the window, and unbuckled his belt, saving Ezza's life. Unfortunately that day, Ezza's little sister and his mother were killed upon impact, and his father died from a bullet shot through the head, discharged by one of the men in the truck.

His life was taken from under his feet, he knew that he would find and torture the people responsible for torturing him like this.

Eric was placed into Foster care until he turned 18. Upon which he met with a man called Lamar Davis on LifeInvader. The two kept in contact until Eric could scrape together enough money to pay for a flight to Los Santos. Was this really what he had wanted? Revenge? Yes, yes it was. He turned up his headphones louder to drown out the crying baby behind him as they flew over LS. Neon Indian - Change of Coast. T'was fitting, really. He landed in LS and met up with his friend Lamar Davis.

I don't necessarily roleplay, but I seen this and thought it'd be cool to make a story on my dude. So here it is.

 

Nickname: Gamble

True Name: Unknown

Date of Birth: Unknown, rumors said to believe he looks in his mid 20's but very rare has anyone seen him without his mask on.

Current Location: Unknown as Gamble is always on the move.. but rumors have it he lives somewhere in Southern Los Santos

 

Not much is known about Gamble, he was first heard of through a string of robberies about a year ago ripping off known LS gangs and cartels in the City for their decked out high end cars, drugs and weapons. Those that bought this stolen merchandise have said they've only seen Gamble working alone and won't say much more other than that.. but it is believed that he has very high contacts, and there may be another masked associate(s) he runs with whose identity(ies) are completely unknown. Gamble quickly grasped attention through his blatant disrespect in actions towards said lower end gangs and higher up cartels. From very few members of the gangs that have gotten a brief glimpse that have survived, it is said he just rolls up casually in the heart of the many hoods of LS on his pitch black custom Akuma / Double T and steals whatever he chooses to take as his own killing anyone ignorant enough to take a shot at him. It's highly doubted that he does this for the money as he is heard to give a reasonable deal on his newfound merchandise to those that show loyalty to him. It looks as if he does this strictly for the thrill of it..

 

That's when a few of the higher up in the larger cartels had a sit down with allies and even enemy cartels and biker gangs to band together to take out this guy who is clearly cutting a huge dent into their profits in the lucrative underground businesses they run. They put a contract hit out on Gamble, attempting to hit him hard at his next grab in an ambush. Obviously this attempt was a complete fail, as an undisclosed (uncountable) large number of gang members of different crews, muscle up to a few high ranks all perished the night of the ambush. Media describes it introducing a new terror to the City of LS as the Massacre of the Masked Murderer. Corpses, weapons and blood littered the parking lot of the attempted ambush, and witnesses said to only to have seen a masked man dressed in all black, leaving the scene on an all black street bike, cops, FIB, SWAT in close pursuit. The public calls him a Hero as he takes out very high ranked gang and cartel members, drug dealers, scouts and even the gangs heavy hitters on a regular basis, the grapevine claiming that he is simply an unknown vigilante cleaning up the streets of the filth.. but is this truly the case? Many innocent lives are piling up through the process..

 

Ever since this attempted hit on Gamble, he has been on a thrill mission to kill anyone and everyone that gets in his way. It is clear he is not working for any Gang Elimination Task Force Units or any branch of the Government at all as it has been said that he has taken out law enforcement too. Many well known Cartels and Gangs, and even CIA, FIB, DEA (player crews) tried calling a truce and attempting to recruit him. It has been made clear that he has no affiliation to any known group, criminal or law enforcement.. as he has dropped his signature tag on a random body of his many kills following his attempted assassination or recruitment - A specific hand of cards, clearly a subliminal message to his surviving foes that he has won this hand.

 

Is this masked man a murderer or a hero? Do you perceive his actions as justified killings or senseless murder? Or is he just eliminating the competition, in hopes to create a new group to run the underground drugs and guns trade..?

 

EDIT: Not really a backstory per se.. more along the lines of what's going on now but I wanted to keep the character a bit mysterious so not much history on him. Pretty much when I started really getting into the GTA series was GTA:SA & 5/Online, so there it is.
