OP needs to REALLY edit this post, 3 months past and still 2013.

 

The Space Docker is no longer storable due to R* patching it.

 

The Rat Loader is currently not storable, however R* is bringing the Ratloader back onto online in the near future, as said by Brain B.

 

'Mercenary van' is supposed to be the Merryweather Jeep that comes after you when someone calls mercenaries on your character.
