Get a Cargobob in a mission and store it in your garage?

I rarely did missions in the past, but I know we can get a Lazer jet from Fort Zancudo without getting a single wanted star (while doing a Gerald mission).

 

So I wonder, is there a mission where you can get the C-Bobby to store it in your garage? I'm a rank 103 player, Cargobobs don't spawn outside of Fort Zancudo, where I can't enter one.

Cargobobs spawn for me at rons' airfield all the time. And you can't go in your garage on a mission.

Cargobobs spawn for me at rons' airfield all the time. And you can't go in your garage on a mission.

You can enter your garage on missions as long as you are not carrying a briefcase or other item. On out of court settlement I always grab the Lawyer's car first before grabbing the briefcase, put it in my garage, then get the briefcase and finish the mission, then sell the Lawyer's car for $22K.

And no, I didn't see a single Cargobob on any helipad since I'm no low level player anymore.
