Need help getting a tank out of the army base!

Me and a couple of friends gave this a go and we had a good laugh with them but they've gone offline now and i wanted to save one to my garage.

 

Reason i ask on here is because i need someone with a rank between level 22-29. So you can be level 22 and 29 but not 21 or 30. This is because the cargobob spawns around these levels.

 

If you want to help and also i will show you how to keep the tank in your garage, please inbox me you GT or the first GT to be posted on here i will send an invite.

 

You must watch this video as i can't currently come on mic. This is how to get the tank out and help us with the job at hand.

Are the tanks the same as the one's you ring peg for? I ask cos my friend seems to think the ones in the army base are better lol
