Heists will more than likely be available once they sort out most of the money issues in-game. They don't want players to make all sorts of money and lose it then they'll have to do another stimulus package. I'm more interested in the mission creator though.

Retards rockstar patched that once you replay the heist you only get paid 400 billion

In the aftermath that rockstar found out people are actually making money from hiests. Payouts have now been reduced from how much effort you put in and how professional you are. to a generic 1K each time.

Heists will be added to GTA Online later by Rockstar. They have not stated when the heists will be added but there is the first FREE DLC scheduled to release in November.

 

 

THE BEACH BUM PACK

Coming in early November will be the first add-on content update, the Beach Bum Pack which will bring all-new beach themed vehicles and new weaponry that you’ll be able to use in both GTA Online and Story Mode. Plus new customization options for your GTA Online character including new tats, hairstyles and more. We’ll also be adding lots of brand new action-packed Jobs to play with Gang Attacks, Survivals, Last Team Standings, Parachutes, Deathmatches and Races that will have you bloodying up the waters and coastlines of the finest beach resorts across Los Santos and Blaine County.

 

 

Whether the heists are included in these update has not been clarified, but currently there are no heist jobs.
