It is free if your car gets destroyed and if your car gets destroyed by your self and your complaining you need some help are you high... one time someone took my car, drove it and trashed it. i had to call insurance. so it costs money for insurance to give you the vehicle. at the time, i did not know i could set my personal vehicles so only my friends can drive them. Once? Twice? more than enough times? It's expensive for each players vehicles to be restored. And it's unfair. Stop whining about it and play fair. play fair? It's super annoying when I'm just driving around after finally buying the car I wanted, or role playing with my friends and someone like you randomly blows us up or kills us. I shouldn't have to constantly switch lobbies or start my own because of brats like you. Especially when we're trying to find other sensible players to recruit. You wanna cause mayhem and chaos and blow things up and kill people? That's fine. Then don't cry when you get sent to a lobby with other players like you. Thothexy Posted October 30, 2013 Share Posted October 30, 2013 The one who destroys the car (usually) pays the cost of reimbursement, which is car dependent (anywhere from $75 for a drowned Rat-Loader to me having to shell out $9983 for RPG'ing someone's Entity.) While getting dinged for wrecking someone's car in self-defense does suck, shooting an assailant out of the driver's seat with no penalty sucks a whole lot less. TDM is a dumb argument too that's not an open world lobby so don't try and argue that that's the only place killing should be involved in. The place where R* made there mistake is not letting friends join bad sport lobbies I could care less about all you p*ssies praising it then. They need to give you the choice in what kind of lobby you want to be in. I have only been in the bad sport lobby once so far and it's way more fun but I got out and just destroy people car in moderation now which is still fun to here 14 year olds cry over the vehicles they cheated and glitches there way to get anyway. The first time I did it because a friend blew my car up in a mission by mistake and Me and another friend blew up each others cars to be in it with him. But the second time and this time I am not sure how I really got into it. I am thinking because of connection issues with my net provider the last couple of weeks being disconnected in the middle of missions and getting kicked from servers 5 seconds after joining and then getting a random kill on someone's personal car. I understand some people getting bad sport and even when I get it I just go ahead and deal with it but I now have 8 days for one kill of a personal car. Most people that are not trolls and just blow up personal cars that get bad sport is because of people who use there car to kill people. In my opinion if you are going to use a personal car to attack people there should not be a bad sport thing for getting your car blown to little bitty pieces besides that most of the people who blow up the car have to pay the insurance anyway so its not like you lost anything. It's called "Second Life". You basically walk around, cook, eat, build a house, and talk to your neighbors. Buy some food and clothing from your neighbor. There's no violence of course, that would be horrible! Imagine all the time you spent grinding to buy that new microwave! I also wish R* would delete 4/5 of the char slots for every online account. That would stop bad sport players from taking advantage of griefing on the good sport servers. If everyone had exactly one char slot, I'm willing to bet this would minimize a lot of the unwanted PvP harassment. Because everyone would know who (and where) you are the moment you go online.
