LSPD Buffalo spawnlocation in online at night

I was looking for that car and my friend told me that it spawns at night at the LSPD station on Thursday.

 

Anybody could find it there?

Not sure. The one in the city before the bridge.

I have seen them in singe player and I try to get one in online.

 

To all who thinks they are not in online: why should rockstar make a car that is only in sp and not only were the focus is?

I went there at 1 on thursday and it didnt spawn, no police cars were there, I came back a minute later and no cars.

Just tried this car in SP, the lighting is the best of any of the emergency vehicles. Will try the location though.
