Is there any way to get a tank out of fort zancudo WITHOUT cargobob?

I don't think so. I remember checking the perimeter in SP to see if there were breakable fences and there weren't any.

I don't undestand why the entrance gates are closed.

i know a way but it concerns a cargobob.

 

Requires 2 people one to fly a cargobob and one to get in the tank.

it may take some time to master so make sure you practice with the hook.

one person steals the tank and the other flys the cargo bob.

remember to keep the cargo bob low.

backup is optional.

when person1 has the tank get person2 to fly in and hook the tank.

remember to fly low over the fence and stay low incase a jet gives chase if you think a missile is going to hit you drop the tank.

if your all good and get away from the police and ni jet chases you now have a tank.
