Weird black blemish under avatar's nose...

My character has this weitd blackish blemish on his lips. I've been playing to level 38 without it. It's not blood, a tattoo, or makeup, I've hoppe sessions.

What is this ugly crap on my dude?

My character gets bruises and cuts all of himself after some shootouts. It will go eventually. Never encountered black around the lips yet...

It almost looks like a pair of puckered, fat lips.

They've carried over like 2 sessions and haven't gone away for like 10 minutes...

Go into single player and back to multi player.

 

All it is, is remains of where you were popped in the face.
