Yes! It's unbelievably annoying. Not sure how something so little can be so damn annoying, but it is...very much so. You can run and jump in SP apartments/houses...not sure why you can't online, but they need to fix it ASAP.

While playing Online, go to pause menu > Online > Options > Spawn Location > Set to "Last Location".

It's not about nudity. It's that there isn't an animation for the dancers removing their tops. In single player the dancers magically lose thier tops before a dance, but that can't happen in online where other people could see that there's no transition.

 

If it were about censorship, there wouldn't be topless girls at the "playboy mansion" during online, but there are.
