Is it possible to extend shower times and increase the amount of prope

Are there any tricks to do the aforementioned actions? If you can prevent the shower time from ending, you can get ≈ 20 (maybe 26, idr) rp every 30 seconds; it's very inefficient compared to other methods, but this is hands free, and you don't need to sing into the mic for hours to make it work.

 

I have garage full of personal vehicles and novelty vehicles, and I'm wondering if there is a trick to allow a player to purchase a new apartment or garage without losing your current one. I have a sheriff SUV, but I'd like to expand my collection. :) Also, I wouldn't mind duping police cars for people who are having difficulty trying to cram those vehicles in their garages (I know you're out there).
