Rockstar will never remove glitched money since they have no legitimate way of knowing how you got it all honestly. As for banning, this would never happen. They know they've been an immensely screwed up game and they're still putting all their assets into fixing mistakes. Dedicating manpower to finding everyone who glitched sounds like the biggest waste of cash that organization could do.
