Gain wanted level for smallest trespass

I wonder if there's a mod available to gain wanted level even when e. g. i drive on left road's side or walking with a weapon in hand - so, something like in real world.

This mod only give higher wanted level when i kill someone but i can still perform many crimes without cop appearance.
