I haven't played for a week or so, camn back online and the army base is closed?

What did I miss? And how do I get a tank now?

You need to buy the tank which requires level 70 and 1.5m

No, I got a 4 star wanted by running over a guard when trying to get in and realised it was closed so hid around the corner. Noticed a line of tanks coming out and going down the road. Lost my wanted and singled one out. Stole it and got a one star.

Was online for definite.

No, I got a 4 star wanted by running over a guard when trying to get in and realised it was closed so hid around the corner. Noticed a line of tanks coming out and going down the road. Lost my wanted and singled one out. Stole it and got a one star.

may have been the other entrance and gates will not open for you, but may open for the tanks. not sure tho, i just bought one, was easier than going there each time.
