Car Impound Glitch

When my friends aren't online I typically go grab an attack jet and wait for players to get bounties. Occasionally, in the process of grabbing a jet I get killed by the military occupants and my vehicle becomes impounded. I had a Daemon motorcycle that had been impounded previously and when I arrived to the impound lot it was gone. I understand that over time it is destroyed, so I figured that is what happened. Well after my RR motorcycle was impounded during a recent attempt to obtain a jet there was no icon on the map showing its location (like the Daemon) so I looked up where the impound lot was and went there only to find that my RR wasn't their either. Maybe there is a link between dying from within the area of the military base or from a soldier and not from a police officer.

 

Also having trouble at times with the cloud servers and my character not showing up in the character selection wheel. To have a longer period of time in choosing to load single player or multiplayer at the games start would prove very convenient.
