My level 86 worth around 5 million that got deleted 3 days ago is still not back, and i recieved this reply from customer service.

I politely told them to go f*ck themselves and shove that 500 000,- up where the sun dont shine.

I played the sh*t out of this game and I loved it, but I cannot get myself to start over again after reaching this far, ESPECIALLY not when this bug is still around, who can guarantee that I wont get deleted again after i recieve the 500 000?!

And I wish you all the best, I hope this bug does not happen to you, even tho it may at any moment. I had zero issues with the game for 20 days, and then after having dinner, my character was gone.

Lol the game hasn't even been released 1 month, and it was unplayable for the first 2 weeks. The stress in your guys lives over nothing is incredible and laughable.

 

P.S The level cap seems to be 999, you were less than 10% there when you rage-quit.

Online is fairly boring these days anyway with the size of the map. Maybe come back when it's all fixed and there are some more things to do.

But at this point I have done basicly everything available in the game, and I dont wanna risk wasting my time incase this happens again,

What annoys me the most is the lack of support and respect from their customer service employees.

Too all the "you have no life, bla bla bla": Well you dont know me, i worked my ass off in college to be able to play this game allot when It came out, and I did, because I was realy looking forward to it.

I spent most of my time on this forum trying to help and inform people so theres no need to get rude or offensive, chances are that if you where having problems I would probably be one of the guys trying to help you out.

TBH if this happened to me i'm really not sure if i could go through the whole grinding saga to get back to the same lvl.
