if there was anything you could change or add to gta online what would the things be you would change or add

The Character customization.

 

Able to hit the gym and get a buffed body. (Franklin is in the shape i want my character to be)

Able to eat sh*tload of food and become fat.

 

It's just sad that GTA V lacks a feature, the previous game had.

 

I would also make you able to wear bandanas on your face(Covering the face), instead of your head.

I want more options on how to use your cars...

 

For example options like these.

• Change blown tires on your own if you're in middle of nowhere
• Driver's view (inside the car, not the hood view)
• Windscreen wipers (if there was driver view and rain)
• Ability to shut down the car while in the car (pointless, but fun imo)
• Turn signals (pointless too, but could be fun)
• Some cosmetic mods to affect Traction/Top Speed (e.g. spoiler)
• Manual transmission (for lulz)
• Pigeons hitting the windscreen

Of course, some of these ideas could be impossible to do with current stuff in the game. For example there'd be no room for manual transmission buttons.
