How do you switch from Boat to Jetski?

Hmm, every time I call Pegasus, they say Our records show we have already delivered your boat. We will not charge you the $1000 for this call.

 

My husband got the bright idea to blow up his jetski and then when he called Pegasus, they gave him his boat he picked, ALTHOUGH he was at the docks, his new boat dropped at a completely different dock across the map.
