Buildings becoming explorable

I've heard from some people that ever since the latest patch, other buildings other then the bank are starting to become explorable, any truth to this?

I havent heard anything about it here but i've read it on other forums.

I am not sure if it was open before this patch or not but, you might not know about this building.

I didn't know of it anyway until I saw this..

I wonder if you can use the spawn in the last location glitch to keep respawning inside the bank vault? You know someone is going to find a way to glitch the heighsts in the first 48 of launch.

That banks doors have been open since day one. I used it to improve my shooting before I even knew of survivals.

Went into a Casino and played Blackjack and Slots. I saw some Poker Tables but didn't bother. I went to an Arena and shot basketball. The controls actually felt pretty good. It's pretty funny because a poster is hanging on the ceiling that says JeBron Lames.
