There has been so many interesting glitches in this game, but this one is by far the most out-there. Why?

 

Because this freakin' thing can be used to freeze other people's Xboxs. Yes, you heard right. I experimented with it and all is good and well if you tow another players personal vehicle while they are inside.

 

But if you tow an empty pedestrian vehicle around, watch as the white dots disappear from your radar as you freeze their games. I don't even understand how towing a car, and freezing someone's Xbox correlates.

 

What's great about this truck, is that it can be used against the forces of evil. Someone greifing you? Hook up a car and watch them disappear. But if something like this falls into the wrong hands, that could be terrible.

 

So I really don't know if players should be spreading this thing, like the Docker, Buffalo, and others. Some could honestly just want it for its appearance, and the fact that for some reason it has a huge amount of mass so it plows through everything, but others could simply want it to troll others.

 

Opinions?

 

I'm conflicted about duping this thing any longer. When I was duping it I towed 2 other players and nobody froze because they were inside vehicles, so I thought the freezing was false. Well, I was wrong.

If that's true then these things should be removed from online. I don't care about people who want to bring in cars they normally cant get but if this is freezing others people games then that's messed up.

Doubt it since both consoles allow you to dupe cars, glitch money, etc

I have one. And I think anyone that has one should either leave it in the garage or get rid of it. I don't want R* ruining all the good stuff the modders are bringing in.

oh snap i knew it! i was hoping you were right when i mentioned it on your other thread but.... sadly yeah, it is true. i tested it out too and it also kicked almost everyone i was in the game with :\

 

and i just destroyed my poor infernus for that spot.... oh well. time for a new motorcycle instead, lol.

I would suggest you don't let people have this.

It's gonna ruin lobbies and possibly people consoles.

I am all for glitches and exploits but this is a lil too much.

It's already too late, I'm sure there will be others that will duplicate this car in mass quantities to trolls and others alike. If I had known what this car does I wouldn't have even asked for it. I would suggest that others use rocket launchers or lacing an entire block with sticky bombs.

Like I said, the freeze radius is REALLY wide so you'll be frozen before you even know a tow truck is in the lobby

Then **** those that want to freeze the game. To all those that don't want these ***holes to mess up your game I would suggest staying in an invite only game for about 2 weeks when Rockstar can get their **** together and make things right.
