I sprint up to someone and just clock their ass. It usually knocks them to the ground and knocks thier hat and glasses right off their face. Don't keep hitting them just the one punch

They always chase or shoot you, but if you get away alive their pursuit is usually hysterical

well im going to go a little off topic but my story is little funny, i just stopped driving around los santos and stopped at a store and got out of my car and ran into the store accidently bumping into a male npc, he gets pissed at and run into the store and starts beating the stuffing out of me, lets just say he lost the fight!!
