Solo american cycle, it takes around 1:11-1:30 it should level you up after 10 successful runs, but it will cost you $100 per run.

 

If you don't want to spend money, you can solo 1 lap of down the drain with custom cars, but it will take you 20 seconds longer and is harder to get clean runs(+100RP extra) in.

Golf rewards pretty good RP.

 

Yeah, if you're decent at golf, you'll earn little over 2,100 RP per game. Not to mention golf in the game is fairly fun in my opinion.

Wasn't costing me 100$ that I noticed but I was getting about 2000 RP. Not bad but tapping A so much is annoying lol

You can do Over the Hill air race for 2k and you level your flying. Rooftop rumble is great too for xp if you can keep getting it.

For me the Survival level Processed is very easy to solo. Takes time but gives good RP and nice money. But better to do with others because it's faster that way. I do it when I get bored with racing just to change things up. Some of the missions, such as Rooftop Rumble, are also easy to solo and give great RP and money.

CR always gives me a reasonable RP increase using Super cars - as long as you're fast on each of the 3 laps.

 

If you use your custom cars, you also get the upgrades - I may be wrong on that, but I'm pretty sure my customs were upgradable after racing them solo.

Grinding American Cycle is slightly more efficient than grinding CR in solo mode in terms of time spent versus RP gain (this includes loading times). The only downside is that it's hell on your right thumb. I grinded it to get my stamina up to 100% early on.
