Cloud Server problems still

Just re-submitted a ticket to rockstar about cloud server problems, still getting the problems where i cannot play. Plays perfect at home, but once i get to my college campus it wont play. Anyone else on college campus's getting problems?

Yup. Really gay. I have issues at my college too. I sure hope its fixed.

 

But my friend at another college, his works. My friends who are at their houses, GTA O works for them too.

 

It may be caused by the fact that college campus networks have many Xbox 360's and PS3's hooked to them. It works better when I try it during the day when people are in class or studying. The cloud has issues with many systems trying to access them from the same network.
