Free cars and two car garage?

Does anyone know where to get the free 2 car garage? I've searched Dynasty 8 multiple times and can't find it.

 

Also, I got the Special Edition but the Khamelion, Hotknife and Carbon RS are saying out of stock. I can get the limited edition weapons and Elegy RH8 but not the other cars. Can someone shed some light on this?

The COLLECTOR'S EDITION gets the Khamelion, Hotknife and Carbon RS as well as the free garages both single player with each character and online.

Wait.....so I paid extra for the game to get this content then I bought the wrong version? FFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU never mind.

Sorry to burst your bubble. R* still have the collectors edition for sale I think. If you want it, I'm sure they're limited.
