I felt lifestyle was most important - lots of sleep to avoid the strung out addict look. Also subtle makeup rather than bright/garish. People say its hard, even impossible but I found it fairly straightforward.

Not saying she's super hot, but not a tranny crack whore... Sorry I don't remember exactly which grandparents. They were white, with sliders set to mostly resemble matching gender parent (dad was fairly even mix I think).

Honestly, I don't remember, but I remember I just looked for the least hideous woman to be moms grandma. The grandfather only serves to slightly modify the cheekbones and facial structure. Took me like minutes to get this character down, the character my girl made was f*cking disgusting.

Yep, started off with the bubblegum pop makeup sh*t, went with more natural cause she looked like a friggin barbie.

Hit random till u get tha unique father figure, then tweak the one set of grandparents to not slobs,then exercise,sleep,and legal job/whatever. Going heavy on criminal I think makes you look bad.although the female does look like Goldberg ready to spear someone in stealth and seems freakishly large vs some npcs as well as she receives service from the pros as a male would and most nonessential npcs will mostly refer to her as a guy lol.
