I will gladly dupe it for you if you can help me out. I'm thinking it must be my garage, it's a 6 car off the 68 in Blaine County. Only 6 cat garage in BC, it has two doors on the inside but only shows one on the outside if that matters. Also I don't have a garage opening animation, I mean my garage is never opened unless a car goes into it.

 

I have tried various methods, I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Maybe it's because I'm in a mission..?

yeah your garage is the problem, you need a garage with an apartment and an animation.

Where did you guys get them? Or did they come from dupes as well? I'm curious because I'm on PS3, so I can't dupe with you. My garage is full anyway, but I'll level up my second character to get an apartment and an unmarked cruiser.

I'm sure you're referring to the Vapid "Police Cruiser". FYI, it spawns with either the halogen rotator:

 

 

or the LED lightbar:

 

 

as does the Vapid "Sheriff Cruiser":

Anybody found out the location to where is the Unmarked Police Cruiser at Online? The only tip I read was that it appears in Olympic Fwy however that appeared mostly in Story Mode.
