How to change Charecters appearence after the prompt

I made my character in gta online and then accidentally clicked x when it asked me to change character appearence a couple days later my collecters edition came in and I want to change my parents is there any way to change my appearence again because I am to far to start a new character

Character appearances seem to change over time. My character has a few permanent scars now.

After one day passed it will give you the message 'do you want to change your characters looks, this will be the only time you'll be able to change' and then nothing after
